To my surprise, the dealership called me to advise me they received the replacement roof for my popup tent trailer. I have never complained in any way to them about the roof. They say it was probably a recall, as Jayco authorized this replacement. I found nothing on the Jayco recall page.
It is at the dealership for now. I had a discussion with someone there this morning and we came to the conclusion that during a previous service a problem had been discovered (they repaired a leak from the roof), the CSR (who has left since) asked Jayco for a replacement, but she forgot to tell me.
A replacement for the sink was also ordered, which I never asked for.

Did you buy your popup in the US or Canada?
Sounds like the CSR did part of their job by ordering the warranty work. Would have been nice if they had done their whole job by informing you.
