jayco 1007 roof/ceiling construction

Does anybody know what material is used for the roof/ceiling of a 2011 1007? I know that the brochure says it is fibreglass but I am wondering if the interior ceiling is plywood under the ceiling skin. I would like to to use 1/2 inch wood or metal screws to attach brackets to the interior ceiling so that we can use a fabric hanging pantry. I want to make sure that the screws have something secure to bite into under the ceiling skin so that the weight of the pantry won't pull them out and damage the ceiling. Any advice from those that have looked into this would be appreciated.

Thanks
