Hey friends, I can't get the roof to lower on my 2011 Jayco 1006. I tried using the manual crank but that didn't work. The two switches inside the entry that allow the roof to raise and lower instead of using the remote don't work either. I need to get the roof down so i can move the pup. Any ideas?

Did you go up a little before trying to crank it down?
