Jayco Sport 12 Rims/tires

So we were thinking of changing out the tires on our Jayco 12, we've already had an axle flipped on it. The main reason for this is clearance as we take our trailer offroad quite a bit. Was looking at changing out the rims to 14" rims as I believe the 12 comes with 12" rims stock (4x4.25 bolt pattern?). Anyone done this? Any suggestions? The tires we were looking at using are BFG LT195/75R14D1. D1 should be able to hold up a popup trailers weight without issue...and the BFG All-terrains are a reinforced sidewall (its an offroad tire I run on my jeep, just much bigger on the jeep), so I'm not worried about sidewall reinforcement..(these are stronger then trailer tires by far).
