Larger bed slides tight and bug guard comes off on 2015 8 SD

We bought a 2015 Jayco 8 SD in May 2015. We noticed that the rubber bug guard strip under the larger bed was coming off at one end, and the larger bed slides tighter (harder to pull out and push in) than the small bed. We had one Jayco dealer look at it and he thought the bed could be raised up a bit to fix the problem. We also took it back to the Jayco dealer where we bought it and they think that raising the bed isn't possible because it would damage the cabinet. Both dealers say that they can replace the bug guard but it will pull out again eventually because the bed is tight against it.
Has anyone had a similar problem and did it get fixed?

We did eventually get the tight bed sliding fixed. The dealer phoned Jayco and Jayco told them to reverse the brackets holding the bed in place so that it used a different set of holes to hold the bed in. The dealer did that and now the large bed slides smooth and easy! We are going to take the popup back in September and the bug guard will be replaced and it should not keep coming out. Our dealer is Bish's RV in Idaho Falls.

Just in case anyone needs info to fix this problem.
