Looking for complete door for 1999 Jayco Qwest 10 popup

I am looking for a replacementdoor including upper storm/screen for my 1999 Jayco Qwest 10.

on the Jayco Parts site,

lower part # is 0139165, but when you call Jayco, note says you must have the unit serial number to order. (approx $55.00)

Door, screen, FD 22.5X47.75 mill finish with corner and velstick.. dealer will need to add 0063476 velcro to tent (approx $220.00)
