Matress help

So we've got the heated matress option in our 10C and they are basically flat.
We are going to purches a replacement "foam" version but I don't know what to look for.
The matress we need to replace is a king.
Most ads we see in the Sears catalog and others is for "toppers". There are 4" and 6" toppers that are around the $300 mark up here but I'd pay that for a good night sleep.
I've searched and see people talking about 2&4 lb foam but I have NO idea what this means.
I've got up to 6" to play with as best as I can tell.
Measuring the height is a bit tricky.

Has anyone got knowledge on foam that can help?

Why not go to Costco and see what they have. I have not seen anything in the 300 range so you might get lucky and find a cheaper foamy. Do you not have a Costco in Red Deer? You might take a trip to Calgary or Edmonton and I am quite sure you can find what you need.

Sorry Raggman, all I can say is we have the 2" topper from Costco. We chose that one as with our queen bed in the front where the tongue weight was already close to maxed out, we had to go with just the topper. Let us know what you do

Nothing at Costco, then I thought about costco.ca
Found and bought this:
http://www.costco.ca/Browse/Productg...=1&topnav=&s=1
Heading out May 13 for 10 days so that'll be a good trial period.
Will update once we get home.
