More advice needed - 2006 12HW

I'm having trouble mostly with names of parts that I need to replace or repair. This time I have photos though. The first is a piece that is on the side of the camper, several of them actually, it is broken and I want to replace it.

The second is moulding(?) or caulk of a type I don't recognize. It is missing or broken in several places on my slide, and along the top edge of the body.

Can someone please help me identify these parts and maybe point me in the direction of finding replacements, please? Thank you very much.

Here's the trim: https://www.etrailer.com/dept-pg-RV_...0-%20RV%20Trim

Kind of a pain to put in--do it on a hot day and use some soap for lubricant, works OK. The other item looks like a vent cover?

The second question is easy; cut off a piece and take it to an RV dealer, you can buy it by the foot and comes in different widths.

The first one seems like a small vent cover (if I'm correct). People what have a similar unit like yours can maybe answer that question. Even if you have to buy a substitute.

There's a solution for everything, as long the willpower is there.

Thank you so much. The first one seemed the easier one to me, but still not simple, the second seemed hardest and here it is easiest for you. Go figure. Thanks, off to the RV dealer tomorrow with both.
