Need to replace seal around roof, Suggestions?

We just purchased an older 1999 Heritage Glacier pop up camper and for the most part it is in good condition. There are a few thing we need to replace, mainly the seal along the roof that sits on the base when closed. I've searched the Jayco catalog and found the "Bulb Seal #0164235". With shipping, it will cost me $250!!!!! Has anyone found a cheaper alternative for this seal?

Uni-Grip is way more money. They only thing I can find so far is a Trim-Lok brand.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

There are hundreds of "bulb seals" out there online. Measure yours and make a drawing of the cross section. Maybe something a lot cheaper that will work.

After all, it is only to keep dust and road spray out when closed.

What seal did you end up going with? I'm in the same situation with my '99 Heritage Cascade.

Where did you find a Jayco catalog? I've got some repairs to do on my 2004 Eagle 14so and I'm struggling to explain what I need to the parts department at the Jayco dealership.

I just did the same. What fun it was to install the seal!
