New Eagle 10UD looking for some help

Greetings I am in the process of fixing a 1999 Jayco PUP that was rear ended. So far I have all of wood frame rebuilt. I am trying to identify the best way to go with replacing the back panel. The original Aluminum would be a pain to get an would look way to new compared to the other panels. I am also looking at doing a diamond plate back too. As far as the interior it appears the whole sink galley is missing and I am not sure I will be able to one so I am looking at a rebuid. Any advice would be help full.
