New Member - about to buy questions

Hi all,

I have a good lead on a 2009 Jayco 1207 and I am 95% confident I am going to buy it, but the owner disclosed two items that I was hoping for feedback from the forum on:

1. Support Beam - one of the support beams of the bed is bent. Where is the best place to order a replacement part?

2. No Interior Cooktop - can I add this? I.e. is there a line pre-run to the inside kitchen area and all I need to do is buy the interior cooktop? Or would I have to run the line there? It does have an exterior cooktop, but the current owner said that it can't be used inside.

Thanks so much!

There is a good chance that is an inside/outside stove, ours was for a different 2007 model.

Look around for the hose with a quick disconnect end on the counter area or that can pull out from under. Should be connected to the LP line.
It may actually be the same hose that you pull up into the RV for inside and push out through a little pass through for outside use

On the bed part, try ebay but odds are any Jayco dealer can help you find one. Take you other one along as well as your VIN when going to the dealer.

If he can't find one, call around to other dealers or make an appeal here.

Thank you!

Thanks for the advice!

So excited. This will be my first trailer (knock on wood) if all goes to plan tomorrow.
