New owners of a 96 Eagle 12

New to the forum, wife and I just bought our first popup and we have a couple questions. The warning cable for raising the popup is not attached to the top, I'm wondering if anyone knows where it attaches? Also what is the total height from the bottom to the top when it is in the raised position? Last question is about the door, thre frame above the door knob is not even close to being squared up with the canvas and the door? Not sure what's going on there. I'll take pictures and post them later. Thanks for any helpful suggestions

I had that issue with ours. The cable had come undone at the top. I carefully cranked it up bit by bit until the door would close and then reattached the cable
