Operators manual for 2011 jayco 1206

Hey Everyone! New the this forum. Can anyone direct me on how to get an owners manuel for my 2011 Jayco j series 1206 popup? I cannot get the heater or frig to work. I have googled A LOT! Lol

You may also wish to describe the problem. Do you have propane? Are you on shore power or battery? My guess is folks here can get you going faster than the manual. Also, don't look for the pups manual, look for a manual on your specific appliance. RV manufacturers use multiple vendors for appliances, even mid model year. Plus if it is new to you the previous owner may have replaced it as well.
