Pop up converter question

Hey there guys. As some of you may remember I bought a pop up camper last month. The problem with the camper is that the power converter system buzzes when plugged into house power. It is a Carson Model CP20 FKCR-2. I was looking around on craigslist for parts for the camper, and I came across someone who has a "Fortron Power 32 amp Converter Charger" for sale for a great price. My question would be is this something I could use as a replacement for my other system or not. I am not planning on running a battery on the camper. For right now the only camping we will be doing in this camper is while being plugged into house or campsite power. Thanks for any info.

Converters often make noise when they are running, turing AC power into DC power to run most items in your camper. If the noise bothers you, you can replace it. I would think 32 amps would be plenty for a PU.
