Popup lift issues

I'm replacing the canvas on our 1991 jayco J series 1006. Doing so, we needed to replace the wood around the roof and as that is all done now I was reinstalling the outside sidings, so I had to pop up the roof but forgot to release the right rear corner latch. I heard a snap as I was cracking it up and now that corner does not go up.

Either the cable has come off the pulley on that post, or you have pulled a pulley mount out, or cable has snapped? Only way to access this stuff is to dismantle the front or rear veneer boards from the inside. There is no access from outside. Too late now, but when unlatching the top to raise it, that's a good time too eyeball the top coming up evenly.
