Popup newbies

So we just purchased a 1993 Jayco Designer Series Cardinal. The previous owners burned a slash pile too close to the trailer and melted a few things on the outside such as the tail light lens, the blinker lens and a few of the badges, where can I find the replacements for these? Also, where can I find exact specs on this trailer? It's a single axle with the shower and what not, but it doesn't have a manual so we were wondering exactly what it comes with.

Thanks

Just go to "Resources". It's in the drop down menu.

I can scan part of the 1992 brochure so you can get a better idea what options were available. It's a bit better than the manual for seeing what's there.

That would be great, thank you

Also, what's the difference between a king 6 and a cardinal? Ours is a cardinal, but also has a king badge as well as a 25th anniversary badge

The black triangle shows where an outside compartment is, or is an option.

The Cardinal is a longer trailer and was only made as a tandem axle. I believe the King only had one axle but it's been 20+ years since I owned one so I'm not entirely sure on that.

If you look at the brochure that 5thGenTexan provided you can get an idea of the difference in size. The "12" in Jayseries 1206 lets you know that the camper body was 12' long. The King was made on the same platform. The Cardinal and 1406 match up and were 14' models.

I went to Jayco’s website and used their contact page to ask for a manual for my newly purchased 1996. Reply came super quick with a pdf of the manual included. Have to say that I find the manual lacking information but it gave me a good overview.
