I personally like eternabond for seams but maybe it would work well for holes
Actually, Eternabond would work great to patch small holes. You just cut a small square and stick it on over the hole, and you're GTG. Immediate, permanent fix with no waiting for lap sealant to cure.

You can use either one, but if it ever happens to me, I'll use the Eternabond on seams OR holes.

This guy patched a BUNCH of holes with Eternabond:

Edit: he used both Dicor lap sealant and Eternabond.

It's not just for seams.

Eternabond tape and use the sealant on the edges of the tape.

I appreciate all the help, but my roof is not a rubber roof. It's a pop up. Does that change anyone's opinion?

Nope, Eternabond will bond to any roof material you got!

Awesome! I'll look into it.

Just for reference, there are two types of Dicor Sealants most commonly used with RV's; #501-LSW self leveling for horizontal surfaces, and #551-LSW non-sag for vertical surfaces.

If it was mine, I would fill the hole first with something (why not Dicor) so it was solid under the tape. If you do use Eternabond, prepare the surface exactly according to the instructions.
