service manuals

I called the local Jayco dealer and asked them about getting a service manual for my 2000 J-co Heritage Manistee to which the "new" employee I was talking to tried to point me to the owners manual and then youtube. She said the service department gets training on the models and there isn't a service manual available. I thought that was odd but it may be the case. Does anyone have more experience with this and "know better"? Thanks.

You were given correct answer. Only manuals would be for individual components and you would need to get them from manufacturers or download.

ie: Air conditioner, fridge, furnace, slide motors/controls, leveling system etc.

Thanks! I have most all owners manuals for all individual items. I wanted to know how to replace my roof supports and what issues i'll encounter with the cable routings when doing that. That is not in any of the individual appliance manuals and should be a jayco design. I suppose i'll dig into the world of youtube and see what's out there

JAYCO only had stuff back to 2009 or 10. This may help.
