The Jay Flight SLX Baja's have been coming with the Milestar Patagonia A/T which also appears to be a general purpose LT tire and not trailer-specific. I would think that you are fine to replace with another general purpose LT tire so long as it matches the load rating of the OEM Dunlop. It looks like the 2006 10Y had a GVWR of 4000lb which is 250lb more than my 195RB Baja. Don't see what the GAWR is but I suspect it may be 3500lb which is the same as my unit. I couldn't find any specs on that Dunlop size but the Milestar's are load range C rated to 1985lb@50psi. If the Dunlop is a load range C then there are a few other choices in addition to the Milestar:
Yokohama Geolander A/TS
Firestone Destination A/T
Hankook Dynapro AT-M
BF Goodrich All-Terrain KO/KO2
