Trouble with remote lifter

I just purchased a new 2018 Jayco 12UD that has the power lifter. All four times I tried to use the power lifter it gets about halfway up and stops. If I lower it a few inches it may go up a little more, goi g back and forth I can get it up 3/4 of the way up and I have to hand crank the rest. Is this normal? I do have an air conditioner on top, and the camper had been level all four times I raised it. Any ideas? Anyone slea have this issue? I love the camper otherwise!

Could be a weak battery.

If Grumpy is on the right track, try raising it while leaving your tow vehicle engine running and the trailer plugged into the tow vehicle.

Great ideas, when I towed it I went 2-3 hours with the fridge running on battery prior to lifting. I will give it a shot when I raise it back up when I get home. I am open to other ideas as well.

Can you dry camp with your solar power and if so, how long?
