Water pump not responding

I filled up my fresh water tank tonight, but no water coming thro taps even tho water pump light is on. Water pump makes no sound. I also switched the pump settings from country fill back to Normal. If it’s a blown fuse, does anyone know where to find the blown fuse for a melbourne jayco 26A?

We are traveling and had a similar problem. The thread called "next to no water at faucets" helped us out. Our filter in the water connection compartment had come loose. After tightening it, we needed to prime the pump again. This is the suggestion we found - I still could not get the unit to prime, I then connected a water hose to the supply and opened a faucet, turned the pump on and then moved the valves to bypass winterization mode, this forced water into the pump and lines. ran this way for 10 seconds. Turned everything off and reset to tank supply and away we went, no issues after that. - and it worked for us. Hope this helps. Just keep searching this site - there's a wealth of knowledge and experience here!

Not sure where to find the filter. Do you mean the compartment inside the kitchen under the cabinet where the water purification system is? Or do you mean where the tubes are above the outside shower? Sorry - new to this.
Also, is it necessary to turn off the pump while filling tank when in country fill mode? A picture would help enormously. Thank you.
