Depends on the material used. The DuraTek that is on modern Jayco's needs no treatment. I don't know what year Jayco started using DuraTek, but it has been for a considerable time. Check your tenting to see if it has a DuraTek label on it.
I did treat my seams sometimes with standard seam sealer every couple of years. Also note that the main tenting is DuraTek but the window panels are still old style canvas. They don't take a lot of direct weather, so are less likely to leak, but a spray with a good tent waterproofer probably couldn't harm.
