What size cable?

I am renovating a 1989 Jayco 1006 Deluxe. The previous owner replaced all the cables with 3/32" but used the wrong (non-welded) eye bolts which have started stretching. One leg was not working properly which may have caused some over stressing. I am replacing all the cables as it is easier to do that than trying to salvage the old ones. I found an old Jayco manual from 1998 which shows all cables to be 1/8". Does anyone know for sure what size cable was used in the 1989 Jay series?
