On the bedroom slide there is not a manual crank but there is a set screw that is accessible from the outside if the slide is stuck extended. As for if it is retracted you will have to climb under the bed, not easy but can be done even by a big guy (im 260). The bed slide control board is under the bed so if you have to go there you will want to move mattress and lift plywood. Remove the cover board and then you can access the controller which will allow you to check and disconnect power. With power disconnected you should be able to manually move slide. If the issue is with the main slide in my 29MV the main slide motor and manual lever is located in the outside bin just in front of the rear wheel on the driver side. There is a panel in the top of the bin that will open and give you direct access to the motor and the manual brake is right there to manage.
