kjtrot, send an email with your complete list to the above. Even though you have given the list to your dealer, it really helps to have the factory CS on board.
I have received fantastic responses from CS and on occasion they have been directly in contact with my dealer to resolve the issues.
Take a deep breath, relax and understand some of these things take a little time. I truly believe Jayco has our best interests in mind.
