If available, contact your dealer.............you have a 2 year warranty. If you are not able to work with your dealer for some reason, contact Jayco customer service:

If you are unable to work with your dealer for what ever reason, you can ask Jayco customer service if they would authorize a mobile tech to make a visit.
We don't have the macerator so I have no knowledge of the system. Worse comes to worse, you should be able to attach a sewer hose (old style) so you can empty your tanks and then locate the problem.
