I was at my dealer this past Thursday and just so happened the area sales representative from Jayco was there doing some training. He had seen that I drove up in our 31UL and came right over to me thanking me for the purchase.
To my surprise thought he was very interested in knowing our likes and dislikes so far. We spent 30-40 minutes going over our MH, inside and out, showing him the things I've thought Jayco could do a better job on. When we got the rear window and I showed him the replacement window that my dealer installed (Emergency Exit with screen and that stays open) he was amazed and started taking pictures. We also discussed how fairly simple a modification of the door would be to install the new frameless window in it which I thinking of doing.
Don't know if all this was just good salesmanship, but I was impressed in the time spent with me and what appeared to be a true interest in all that was said.
Jayco just got a double thumbs up from this guy.....
