It's worth repeating: The dealers are the weakest link in this process. Not all dealers are a weak link but like anything else it only takes about 3% to make them all look bad.
Old Money Man, have faith. There are many of us who have encountered problems with our Precepts. Jayco factory customer service has been the bright spot.
hawkster and hallyn shared some sound advise. We have seen examples posted in these threads about Jayco authorizing non-Jayco service providers to do repairs/replacements.
