Roger has assisted us by phone on two occasions.
1) He always does what he says he is going to do.
2) Stays with the repair process until it is complete and makes sure we are satisfied.
3) He is a nice guy that cares about you and your coach.
4) One of the most important points, he gets results.
If your repair facility doesn't perform to these standards talk to the owner/general manager. They need to know what is going on in their business. If they don't care, find someplace else.
Having dealt with Jayco at many levels I do firmly believe they do care about their customers and future of their business.
