We had the same thing happen on a May trip in the mountains, 35 degrees that night. Pulled the fuse on the panel, then found a the water in the furnace area. Pulled the control board, dried it out with a hair dryer and reinstalled. Furnace operated until the next day then went out again.
Called Jayco and they are sending a revised furnace cover and new control board. It is an issue they have dealt with before on this model of furnace.
Easy fix once you get the parts. All the best, Ron
