We purchased our 29D Oct.2011 and theGPS stated it was out of date, contact dealer for update. We returned it to dealership and requested the update and it wasn't done. We have had several quality issues and the unit has been back in the dealership numerous times and each time we remind them of the update and it still isn't done. Last week I received an email telling me to go to naviextras.com and update from that site. They are unsure if there is a cost involved. I can't see why we have to pay for an update to a new vehicle.
