Camped at San Luis State Park, Colorado and a bit of a disappointment. Lake had been dried up for a couple of years. San Dunes were beautiful, about a 9 mi. trip down the road. Recommend staying at the San Dunes RV park.

On our way home, stopped at Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico. Recommend staying over night and seeing the Bat Exhibit between Spring and Fall (Oct). The self guided cavern tour is also the way to do it.....walk down and take the elevator up.
