Picture GLACIER NATIONAL PARK
These pics may are a compilation of multiple trips. We visit GNP multiple time per year. It's only a 3 hour drive for us and just a stunning visual experience. The kids love it as much as we do.

Picture Replacing my IOTA ILC-3045 with Magnum Energy MSH-3012M Hybrid
I kept my IOTA in place, just by-passed the converter, and began using the Magnum Energy (ME) unit to charge my batteries and power my DC circuit. The ME is not only a much more advanced charging system, and it not only replaced my Xantrex 1000 Watt Inverter with a 3000 Watt, it uses a special Hybrid technology. If anyone has had the generator on to use the A/C cooling and then had it brown out or blow a circuit due to over draw when the compressor kicks in and someone is watching TV or god forbid using the microwave & have the A/C on at the same time. The Hybrid technology supplements power from the batteries to aid the generator when it's overdrawn.

Picture Tri-Metric 2025-RV installation
The tri-metric battery monitor is essential gear if you want to know specifically what condition your batteries are in, and how much juice is left in them. It is a high-tech fuel gauge for your battery bank. Basic level settings tell you how many volts are in your bank, how many amps are being drawn and what percentage is left of your amp hours.

This is a gorgeous little CG located in a hidden canyon just North East of Anaconda Montana. We only took a day trip in these pics but we'd like to camp here some day.

Picture Makoshika State Park
The largest State Park in Montana. Nice, clean campgrounds. The sites are paved with pits, picnic tables and right in the badlands. The kids love it. Vault toilets. Easy in and out for RV's of all sizes up to large fifth wheels & coaches.

Picture Vinyl Flooring Split
January 2014 we had extreme temps, -30 F. Our 2007 Jayco 26 BHS incurred floor damage. Insurance doesn't cover damage to extreme cold.

Picture A/C Hard Start Kit install-Coleman model 8333D8564
I first contacted Coleman (Airxcel RV Products) with my model and requested the part #. I'd seen on the JOF many who have used the Supco Hard Start Kit, which cost less and is on Amazon as well as eBay. I asked Coleman about using the Supco. This was the email response:

The 8333 series had a start kit that was available on most models. Yours however did not come with it preinstalled. The part number you are looking for is 8333A9021 and it would be available from Camping World. I do not recommend the Supco caps, as they send a huge burst of voltage to the compressor at start up, which will over time damage the compressor.

Thanks,

My father passed away at age 67 in Spring 2011. We used some of the inheritance funds to visit family in Arizona as a tribute trip vacation.
