This is Avalanche Campground on the West side of Glacier. You will more than likely need to employ the "first come, first serve" secret tactics in order to snag a site here. We used Apgar CG as a staging area to get into Avalanche. Our unit is 30' long and probably close to the maximum length you can get into some of the larger sites at the CG. On hot Summer days, this CG offers the natural cooling of a Cedar forest canopy.
