Hey I know Don Barker - we worked together for years. I haven't seen him or talked to him in years and I occasionally think of him and hope he's OK.

Thank you so much for your message. I took my training in Minuteman III CDB at Vandenberg AFB from 1981 - 82. I also took my ROTC Basic Camp there in 1979. I have some fond memories from there. I was stationed at F.E. Warren AFB WY from 1982 - 85 and then I went to Wescheim AS, Germany for Ground Launch Cruise Missile (GLCM). I had a Brother-in-Law who worked on the Space Shuttle at NASA. He is retired now. His name is Don Barker. Good luck on your trip. I hope it goes well for you.

Your handle caught my eye right away. I spent my entire career after getting out of the Navy, working on the Shuttle and Delta and Atlas rockets at KSC/CCAFS and out at Vandenberg AFB. I could just imagine your service as a AF launch director. My wife worked with the Navy on the Trident D5. She just retired and we are leaving Wednesday for the the west.

I hope your issues get resolved - I learned to only go to Camper World for parts and try to fix everything myself if possible. Prayer helps too.
