The new "Brite-Ply" EPDM membrane is installed. Next I need to get the front and rear seams patched and closed.

nice job on the roof. I'm doing the same thing on a kiwi 23b. Quite a bit of work but it'll be nice when it's done. What did you use for additional aluminum supports and for the ceiling covering?

BNear - sorry for the delay, I didn't notice this earlier!

The aluminum supports are made from cut down 1" x 1" x 8' hollow lengths from Home Depot. Those are attached with angle brackets and screws.

The ceiling covering (inside) is "puckboard" which is the stuff they use to line hockey rinks. It is also known as HDPE sheets. My wife was pleased with the look of it, and it should outlast the rest of the trailer! A couple of gotchas I'm aware of with HDPE... Cut it with a variable speed jigsaw so it doesn't melt onto the blade, and keep it out sunlight since UV degrades the plastic. Shouldn't be a problem on the interior ceiling - I hope!
