After filing for the lemon it took a few weeks, but they flew a Honda engineer in from CA with new MOS system and itfixed the issue 99.9%. Very rarely I'll get a light crackle. It would be unnoticeable unless you are sensitive to the issue like I am. It always seemed to be worse when BT is connected to an Android phone. You can google the MOS system. The service staff explained it to be a ring in the entertainment system and all the inputs for the car plug in around the ring. radio, BT, car play, DVD, speakers etc. When its crackling/popping in the speakers, something in the ring is causing interference. I'm not sure if the MOS system was any different than the original, but the Honda engineer brought it with him when he flew in. The dealership I was at says they have worked on several cars with the same issue and the MOS system was new for some models in 19/20. Odyssey and Pilot both have it. Sometimes it doesn't show up for a year+. Mine started the day I took it home.

hey, just saw this...
on my 2020 pilot the speakers or input for all the systems are connected via 'MOS' connectors. All the new Hondas are using it and from the dealer many cars are having the same issue. When the car is on the speakers will just crackle and pop. Sometimes so bad the speakers cut out for a second or two. Nothing needs to be playing. I've had the radio crash or be 'unavailable' on the dash and the only way to fix is to turn off the car and open the door so the car completely shuts down. The Nav functions fine, but the DVD, blue tooth, car play and radio will be say 'unavailable' on the dash. I took the car in 3x and they checked wiring, did software upgrades, replaced connectors, replaced wiring harness for the entire car (pulling out seats and carpet) and it was still happening.

On the Ford engine thread you described problems with your Honda Pilot. I have a Pilot I am curious about what the issue was that took such an effort to get Honda to take care of it? Mine is a 2018 and for two years has been flawless but I'm always interested in potential issues before they happen. Take care, Daniel
