We bought ours just about the same time. First time RVers too. Our situation is reversed — head to the coast in summer to escape our three months of 100+ temps. Maybe we should go to Minnesota!

We have same trailer and like it real well. Bought it in Oct last year and spent part of the winter in AZ. This Dec. we will take it down to FL for part of the winter. This is our first experience of RV'ing and we are having a good time with it. Take care.
