Whporwil, I just noticed that I had a private message from you back in May. Did I ever acknowledge your message, I cant remember?

Hi Rick My name is Al and I also have a 2017 rb. Mine was built in May of 2016 so it might have been one of the first batches of rb's made. My unit sat at the dealer until November of 2017 when I bought it. In your post I see Jayco replaced your floor, my question is why? The other day we noticed a mark on the floor and a drag mark that went back under the slide. Removing the self tapping bolts that hold down the dinette I see their 1 1/4 inch long, I don't believe the floor is that thick and one of these bolts is my problem. I question my door also because it looks wavy.

I went looking for a 2017 because I didn't like the change in the floor plan on the 2018. The washer moved to the bathroom. So far we haven't had any problems with out water heater but we do have a a/c unit that has never worked and I've found it impossible to find anyone to work on it. I also live in Texas but I bought my camper in Arizona.
