My Norcold N8X works fine most of the time, but randomly the freezer and refrigerator gradually warm up until the fridge is room temp and the freezer turns everything to water. After a day or 2 the unit begins cooling again. Dealer can’t duplicate the problem. Norcold hasn’t been much help in the matter either. It’s on a seasonal site, so there is no telling what other times it self defrosts other than when we see it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
