Prepping our 2021 JayFeather, 25RB, for the season. The Lipert, Solera Power awning won't open. I can hear what sounds like the motor turning, but no movement. Tried several short bursts (don't want to strip any gears, etc.) to no avail. Any suggestions appreciated. Happy trails.
