BMPRO Storage Issue

I have a 2022 Jayco 310 RLTS with generator and disk brakes. I removed the batteries for the winter and have them stored in a heated garage on a trickle charger. I am wondering if I am going to have a problem with the BMPRO when I reinstall them in the spring. I wonder if I should have left the batteries in the rv and just plugged it in. Thoughts?
