How is your winter in the Precept working out?
I have a 2018 Precept 33U and have worked on making it usable in winter weather. Wrapped waste drain pipes with a tin overwrap & applied heat tape on outside & insulation over that. Put a marine heater in the water compartment, kicks on around 45 degrees.
All water lines have pipe insulation. However since they are exposed under the motorhome I don't think that will be enough to prevent freezing. Since there are so many lines running in different directions heat tape is not practical. I am considering sealing the entire underside around the area of the water pipes (plus opening a vent from the water compartment so the heater provides some warmth) however that will also be a challenge to get a air tight enclosure.
At this point I am thinking, just keeping it winterized and in storage may be the best option.
That will be missing a lot of good winter camping opportunities.
