Not sure. I wonder if they got some of the water pipes hooked up wrong. Did you try changing it to 2 and 6 and see if that works? You might try taking off the panel where the water filter is? When you take off that panel you can see the back side of the utility center and check if the pipes are correct.

Hey jayfowler this is a stupid question. When I was filling the water tank I had it set on1&6 for city fill tank. The water started running out of the kitchen faucet. The pump is not on. Why isnt it just filling the tank? I dont understand why there is pressure to thefaucets without the pump on. Tank is filling so Iam not on city fixtures.
