Something weird is going on with this message as it did not show up in any boxes.
I did make a cover for it that diverted the air to the front and back rather than straight down. I spent a lot of time adding reflectix and sound absorbing foam and it was very quiet. I never mounted it as I really did not want to drill holes in the ceiling and it was blowing too much air to the sleeping area. I have kept it and may mount it in the future.
I agree with your idea of an air deflector that sends it to the rear of the camper. I used some leftover materials and built a deflector that gets inserted into the supply duct and attaches with magnets. I remove the plastic slide out supply-side cover and insert the deflector. It actually has lowered the noise level as the airflow is less restricted.
