I just got back from Tampa a few minutes ago. I had to sale one Class A and a park model plus bring mine up to NY for the factory appointment this May (4 days). I have two family members going downhill with health issues. So I'm out of Florida for now. Camping world did more damage than repairs this second time around. Wait until Jayco sees how the fix things. They won't believe it but my unit will be the proof when they see it. I'm planning on dropping mine off then returning when ever they are done with. So yours will be 2-3 weeks, was that scheduled ? Or what they needed to fix it? I need a new roof too. But it sounds like they are going to take care of all your issues. My kids want to do that tour, how do you do that? Bob

The service advisor went over my list with me, real nice guy. He said Norcold and Oman will fix those problems and slippery will fix outriggers. I have that tire rub and he said they just had a netting about that issue and it might be a recall. They have not seen that before at the service center. He said engineering will weigh the trailer and figure out how to fix the clearance issue. I hope maybe to get a new suspension that would be nice. They will put trim over the lifting wall seam tape, new roof and fix any roof issue, new main awning and struts, fix leaking toilets, creaking floor and my list of 16 items. I flew into st pete last night from south bend. Rented a car and drove to Port St Joe long day. They will have my unit for 2-3 weeks. House waiting on power so we r living in hotel. Hurricanes put Duke energy about two months behind.
