Single bowl sink replaced small double bowl sink

Eterna Bond bath vent and skylight (900x506) (2) (800x450)

6" Eterna Bond on front cap

Installed vent cover.

Applied EternaBond around flange for waterproofing and added some Dicor on edges just to be safe.

Applied Butyl caulking under flange and screwed vent to roof deck.

Cut hole in roof and folded EPDM material into hole.

Cut EPDM roofing material.

Cut hole in bedroom ceiling and drilled corner holes through roof.
