Grey Water Pipe Broken 32BHDS

I am on day 15 of 18 and found the pipe that runs from the grey water valve over to where the black water valve\dump connection has a leak. It looks like the one metal strap came loose and let the pipe hang down and ride on the axles. I have a descent fix to get me home, but can someone with a 2014 32BHDS take a picture for me of that pipe? I think it should be inside the heated plastic, but mine is not.

The real problem I have been having is the black water valve is vibrating open as I drive down the road. It fills that five foot pipe and makes it heavy. I have had it adjusted and replaced, now this. Never have I seen or heard of a black tank valve opening so much. I am so sick of dealing with this. I will be giving my dealer another ear full when I get home. I am tempted to let them dump the tanks so they can enjoy the problem. Maybe that will focus them on the problem\solution.

That's a new one. I have never heard of a black or grey valve vibrating open.

I just realized spell check corrected grey to Greg - why spell check, why?

I will try to remember to take a picture of the grey water pipe tonight when I get home from work. If you or the dealer finds the cause of the B\W valve opening while traveling PLEASE let me no what the problem was. Mine does the exact same thing. My dealer can not find a problem with it but they are not towing it down the road. For now I have a bungee cord wrapped around mine to keep it closed.

Oh crap, I keep mine on a seasonal lot, and now that you say this the first time I drained it (after towing it north) the pipe had water in it and the valve was open, I just thought the new kid showing us the trailer forgot to close it. We are towing it this weekend, so I will immediately check it after we get to where we are going.... Would hate to have to bring it back to the dealer, but our TV/DVD player is junk and the color constantly changes and one of the speakers in the bedroom doesn't work, so maybe time to bring it in...

That's why I love this forum. I had the same problem with my GW valves. After a long 400 miles over less than perfect roads I found my GW tank valves open. I swore I closed them, I always double check. Then I swore at wife for not triple checking.
Now I suspect they worked their way open. On our 2010 Recon TH.
Now I'm going to keep an eye on them, and this forum as well in case you all come up with a solution............
(I suppose I should apologize to wife?)

That brings up a funny story, on our last travel trailer I had installed airbags in my truck and did not have the tools to adjust the hitch (trailer was north, Big Tools at home) so the front of the trailer sat fairly high (had my atv in the truck so I wanted to keep the bags full), but once I we got home I saw the bedroom air vent was open, and I too yelled at the wife for forgetting that as it rained (she gets inside ready i get outside), well going through pictures I had taken I saw it was closed when we left, so we figured it out that since the trailer sat higher, the air pressure actually sucked that thing open, AKA not her fault, man did I catch an earful once she saw that.... DOH!!!

yeah I'm thinking apologize now and get it out of the way..............

do any of you have or use the after market gate valves installed at the end of the BW/GW drain? I have one but took it off as it sticks out about 3 inches outside the line of the trailer profile. Safe to go ahead an use it? at least that way when I hook up the sewer hose I won't get quite the nasty surprise..............

The first pic is looking from the g/w valve toward the back of TT
The second is looking from the dump end toward the front.
Hope this helps.
