Jayco closed

How does a multi billion dollar corporation close completely down during the holidays! Then decide to change website, that has glitches, so parts are not being authorized or ordered? Got to love how they run your warranty out, and itís legal!:mad:

I deal with a company that is world wide an they closed for 2 weeks. No website change but closing business not unusual.

They shut down from Dec 20 till Jan 2nd to switch over computer systems. Nothing unusual as thousands of companies large and small do so to stay on par with systems technology. Glitches in startup are a part of that game. Your dealer knew about the shutdown and should have advised that any parts orders would not be processed.

Very common. I work for a company that shuts down from Dec 24th to Jan 2nd. I work in IT and there is a change freeze during this time period and people are encouraged not to work during this period unless something is down.

That said I can see why this is a good time period to do upgrades.

RV One lied again

Yes, only parts closed during that time. Again I put my trust in the dealer and was lied too. Jayco Corp. is having problems with there website. One of the reasons you work on it, during the holidays, I understand.
Amazing what a simple phone call can do! RV One, Tampa forgot how:mad:
