this is what started to happen to my 28bhs its like the self-tapping screws heads came off you would think they would come up with a better way of securing them to the trailer so this doesn't happen

yeah i was going to stop in the next time i was in the area and ask about what they recommend. it was an easy fix i just dont want to have to keep fixing a problem that maybe Jayco over looked
